Description

You will lead SAP project lifecycles from planning through go-live, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while managing end-to-end delivery of SAP implementations.
  • Drive adherence to SAP Activate methodology, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks across S/4HANA, ECC, and cloud solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Track project budgets, optimize resource utilization, and manage vendor contracts to ensure financial control.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP projects, with at least 3–5 years in project management roles.
  • Hands-on familiarity with SAP modules including S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
  • Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager and Cloud ALM for lifecycle management.
  • Experience using MS Project and Jira for planning and issue tracking.
  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and business analysts.
  • Ability to conduct regular status meetings and provide clear progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Education: Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP or Prince2 certification.
