Description

You will lead SAP PM/EAM implementations and asset management solutions as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Configure key SAP PM components including preventive, breakdown, corrective, refurbishment, and calibration maintenance.
• Manage master data migration activities and document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor maintenance performance.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP integrations, performing root cause analysis and log analysis to resolve issues.
• Deliver end-user training and mentor junior consultants and business users.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP PM / EAM.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori apps.
• Hands-on experience with Master Data Migration within SAP PM/EAM.
• Deep knowledge of rollout methodologies and process design.
• Ability to identify functional gaps and develop technical workarounds.
• Strong analytical skills for system error troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in project quality control and timeline management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• S/4HANA or SAP PM/EAM certification.
• Experience within the Utility Industry.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
