Description

You will lead Finance Transformation Projects from initiation through to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with business workstream leads in AP, AR, MEC, and MDM to build implementation roadmaps.
• Identify improvement opportunities within finance workstreams and gather requirements for the S4 implementation team.
• Drive change management and communication strategies to ensure adoption across finance and business teams.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards while presenting updates and risk reports to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of MEC (Month End Close) and MDM (Master Data Management) processes.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and Operations.
• Experience managing external consultants and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry.
