Description

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects from SAP ECC, managing plans, budgets, and cross-functional delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle SAP implementations, including brownfield and greenfield S/4HANA migrations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables using SAP Activate methodology.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, Basis, Security, Data, Integration) and third-party vendors.
• Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, RAID management, and executive communications.
• Oversee data migration strategy, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and production deployment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise SAP programs.
• Proven experience managing SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
• Experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementations or S/4HANA migrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
