Description

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of an SAP IS-U ECC migration project to AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration readiness assessments, cutover planning, and post-migration stabilization.
• Coordinate business, SAP Basis, infrastructure, security, data, and integration teams for timely deliverables.
• Establish project governance, managing plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and change control.
• Oversee all testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT, regression) and manage defect resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitoring quality, timelines, and contractual adherence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP Project Management experience, including 2 large-scale SAP transformations.
• Direct experience leading cloud migration projects, preferably on AWS.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in an agile/hybrid delivery model.
• Experience with SAP Basis, integrations (PI/PO, APIs), and infrastructure dependencies.
• Strong project governance discipline, including RAID management and financial tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and IS-U modules (billing, meter data management).
• Experience tracking project KPIs and optimizing resource allocation.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA or RISE with SAP modernization roadmaps.
