Description

You manage SAP implementation projects from concept through production.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, and module configuration for HR Systems.
• Develop functional requirements specifications, data mappings, and configuration settings.
• Coordinate cross-organizational projects and analyze business processes to define solutions.
• Manage development projects through the entire Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• Experience with SAP HCM or SAP S4/HANA.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP project management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools like VersionOne.
• Experience leveraging the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to utilize an IT Service Management System such as ServiceNow.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
