Description

Lead large-scale SAP programs and oversee engineering teams to deliver complex software projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage large programs independently, including scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timing.
• Strategize and implement program initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Oversee multiple project teams to ensure program goals and organizational quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to identify requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software project performance analysis and solutioning.
• Deep expertise in SAP, specifically within FICO modules.
• Strong background in Finance.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs and multiple project teams.
• Expertise in change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
