Description

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of SAP integration projects to meet business objectives and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP integration projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, and external consultants.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party consultants to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of integrated solutions.
• Develop training programs to ensure end-user proficiency in integrated SAP systems.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP implementation and integration.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP integration projects.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, SAP BW/BI, SAP CPI, and SAP BTP.
• Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, Ariba, and other external platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate.
