Hello,

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across Basis operations. This role will bridge IT and operations, driving system implementations, automation, and process improvements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end IT projects (Basis, integrations)
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Drive project delivery using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Oversee system upgrades, go-lives, and continuous improvements

🔹 Requirements:
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Hands-on experience with Basis
• Strong stakeholder communication & documentation skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 days Preferred
