Description

You will lead the configuration and integration of SAP Project Systems with related modules.

Responsibilities

  • Manage easy cost planning, cost planning quotations, and billing processes.
  • Design and maintain integration scenarios between PS and SD to ensure seamless data flow for project costs and billing documents.
  • Execute Resource-Related Billing (RRB) processes, including Dynamic Item Processor (DIP) profiles and cost mapping.
  • Develop and utilize SAP reporting tools to create project billing reports and perform cost analysis.
  • Oversee master data management for materials, services, customers, and projects.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) modules.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), specifically billing and order management.
  • Hands-on experience with Resource-Related Billing (RRB) and Dynamic Item Processor (DIP) profiles.
  • Deep understanding of project cost collection and mapping to billing items.
  • Proficiency in SAP standard and custom reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with engineering contract management processes within SAP.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the construction services industry with milestone and T&M billing processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) integration and processes.
