Description

Lead the SAP Project Systems (PS) module implementation within the Aerospace and Defense sector. You will drive requirement gathering, configuration, and integration with complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead work stream requirement gathering sessions with business process owners using configuration assessment questionnaires.
  • Author functional specifications and manage the end-to-end RICEF development lifecycle, including testing and business acceptance.
  • Design and configure solutions for complex assembly manufacturing, ensuring integration with MRP, PLM, and shop floor execution.
  • Execute solution design, gap analysis, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Direct team deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of SAP Consulting experience.
  • Deep expertise in SAP PS with emphasis on Network Parameter Effectivity and Final Assembly/Assembly Processing.
  • Mandatory experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Proven experience with WBS-based planning and Network usage with MRP.
  • Strong knowledge of BOMs, BOM versions, Routings, Recipes, and Resources.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP Complex Assembly Manufacturing Solutions.
  • Ability to work within strict fit-to-standard or hybrid agile environments.
  • Technical proficiency in integration with Master Production Scheduling, MRP, and PMMO.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with S/4HANA Manufacturing, production planning, logistics, and quality management.
  • Formal SAP certification.
  • Knowledge of GPD or PMMO processes.
