Description

You will manage SAP Project Systems (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) implementations and support.

Responsibilities

  • Configure PS structures including WBS, standard structures, user status profiles, and master data.
  • Manage PPM processes such as portfolio definition, buckets, initiatives management, and resource planning.
  • Execute cost and revenue planning, budgeting, period end processing, and project settlement.
  • Perform functional requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and master data setup.
  • Design and support custom enhancements within PS, PPM, and integrated areas.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Systems (PS).
  • Deep knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) including financial and capacity planning.
  • Experience with SAP PPM integration with PS, FI, and HCM modules.
  • Proficiency in Results Analysis using cost-based and revenue-based methods.
  • Strong understanding of integration between Project Systems and other SAP modules.
  • Ability to provide end-user support and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP PS or PPM certification.
