Required Skills

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM.
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management processes.
• Extensive experience integrating SAP MM with FI, CO, WM/EWM, and PP.
• Working knowledge of SAP PM and EPPM/Project System (PS) objects, including:
  • Maintenance Orders
  • Notifications
  • Equipment
  • Functional Locations
  • Network Orders
  • WBS Elements
• Strong experience with RICEFW objects and collaboration with ABAP development teams.
• Excellent client-facing experience in Procurement and Supply Chain implementations.
• Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications for procurement and inventory processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement Certification.
• Experience in the Energy or Utilities industry.
• Knowledge of SAP PM and EPPM/PS integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard and Fit-to-Design workshops to gather business requirements and define future-state processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices and clean core principles.
• Configure procurement processes including:
  • Purchase Requisitions
  • Purchase Orders
  • Contracts
  • Scheduling Agreements
  • Subcontracting
  • Consignment
  • External Services Procurement
• Configure Inventory Management processes including:
  • Goods Movements
  • Inventory Valuation
  • Batch Management
  • Special Stocks
  • Physical Inventory
  • Cycle Counting
• Drive compliance, controls, and operational efficiency across procurement and inventory processes.
• Manage MM integration with FI, CO, WM/EWM, and PP to ensure accurate financial postings and inventory transactions.
• Work closely with technical teams on RICEFW developments, reports, interfaces, workflows, and enhancements.
• Provide project status updates, manage risks and dependencies, and support project governance.
• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations, MM enhancements, SAP Fiori capabilities, and recommend process improvements.
• Promote SAP Fiori adoption through role-based applications for procurement and inventory users
