Lead manual and automated testing for SAP implementations in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP modules.
• Implement QA processes and methodologies across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end validation involving backend systems and third-party vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects in collaboration with business partners and developers.
• Host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA or testing roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP testing and SAP modules.
• Proven ability to perform manual testing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex system issues.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Retail or Online Store environments.
