Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP QA Lead responsible for driving QA strategy, test governance, and quality assurance processes across enterprise SAP projects. The role requires strong expertise in QA methodologies, automation practices, and project management frameworks. The candidate will lead QA initiatives, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and maintain QA standards, processes, and best practices aligned with industry frameworks such as ISTQB, CMMI, and ISO

• Own and drive the overall QA strategy, test governance, and quality KPIs across projects

• Establish and maintain comprehensive testing documentation including test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, tools, and methodologies

• Manage QA projects end-to-end including scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocation, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

• Monitor project quality metrics and ensure adherence to defined quality standards

• Provide leadership and guidance to QA teams across multiple projects

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in SAP QA testing and enterprise QA processes

• Expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, and automation testing practices

• Strong knowledge of QA governance, quality metrics, and testing frameworks

• Experience implementing QA standards aligned with ISTQB, CMMI, or ISO frameworks

• Experience managing QA projects including planning, budgeting, and execution

• Strong experience with test documentation including test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in enterprise environments
