Description

Lead QA strategy, test governance, and quality assurance processes for enterprise SAP projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain QA standards, processes, and best practices aligned with ISTQB, CMMI, and ISO frameworks.
• Own the overall QA strategy, test governance, and quality KPIs across multiple SAP projects.
• Manage QA projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
• Establish comprehensive testing documentation including test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP QA testing and enterprise QA processes.
• Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, and automation testing practices.
• Knowledge of QA governance, quality metrics, and testing frameworks.
• Experience implementing QA standards aligned with ISTQB, CMMI, or ISO.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum delivery models.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Exposure to automation testing frameworks within SAP environments.
• Experience managing enterprise QA teams across multiple projects.
