Description

Lead SAP S/4HANA test management for large-scale implementations across Finance, Asset Management, and Materials Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end testing execution, including defect triage, risk tracking, and SLA/KPI reporting.
• Coordinate cut-over activities involving code migration, data migration, and test environment planning.
• Develop test environment plans and work with infrastructure teams to configure environments for automation and execution.
• Establish test data strategies for integrated applications and coordinate data field identification with development teams.
• Oversee resource utilization, demand forecasting, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with program schedules.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP S/4HANA Test Management experience within large-scale implementation programs.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Asset Management, and Materials Management.
• Experience managing onsite and offshore delivery teams and third-party vendor partners.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and reporting test status to executive leadership.
• Expertise in managing testing workstream templates, processes, plans, and schedules.
• Ability to manage contractual obligations, project charters, and budget/effort constraints.
• Experience with demand and change management in a program environment.
