Lead SAP quality assurance efforts for Property & Casualty insurance systems, ensuring robust automation and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans for SAP environments.
• Analyze test failures and independently fix broken automation scripts using SAP TOSCA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to define automation requirements and integration points.
• Manage application maintenance, enhancements, and production support for IT systems.
• Conduct bug analysis and review test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP QA management or leadership roles.
• Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
• 2+ years of Business Analysis or Quality Analyst experience in the Property & Casualty insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration with upstream applications.
• Experience integrating with Policy/Claim Administration Systems such as Guidewire.
• Proven ability to develop and review complex test plans and defect analysis reports.
• Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance and production support.
