Description

Lead SAP quality assurance for Property & Casualty insurance systems, owning the release pipeline and test automation strategy.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans and scripts using SAP TOSCA.
• Analyze failures and independently fix broken automation scripts.
• Collaborate with SAP teams to define automation requirements and integration points.
• Review test artifacts and lead bug and defect analysis.
• Manage application maintenance, enhancements, and production support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP QA management or lead roles.
• Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
• Minimum 2 years of Business Analysis or QA experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration with upstream systems (Guidewire or similar).
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience integrating SAP with Policy or Claim Administration systems.
• Proven track record of maintaining complex automation suites in regulated environments.
