Description

You will lead the planning, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions. You will act as the QM architecture lead for full-lifecycle SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integrated SAP solutions supporting business processes.
• Lead and facilitate design workshops with client stakeholders.
• Provide functional and architectural guidance to onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to gain alignment and drive successful outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of QM processes.
• Deep understanding of quality management principles.
• Experience in business process analysis.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Ability to lead design workshops with client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Background in manufacturing processes.
• Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders.
