Drive functional alignment across products and organizational capabilities by linking strategic business goals with IT initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive process standardization and business metrics within assigned process areas.
• Manage project planning, work breakdown structures, and time tracking.
• Document integrated process and value stream maps, including QMS documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks through signed-off plans and vetted customizations.
• Partner on integration test strategies, plans, and scripts to ensure solution sign-off.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Process, Manufacturing Quality Management, or IT Functional Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, specifically within the Quality workspace and SAP QM module.
• Deep functional and cross-functional knowledge of business processes.
• Experience in business process mapping and redesign.
• Strong project and matrixed management experience.
• Ability to drive user acceptance of change and develop training content.
• Proven ability to lead and drive decisions across all levels of an organization.
• Resolve process integration gaps and manage escalations.
