Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP S/4 quality management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business workshops to gather requirements and architect SAP QM solutions.
• Configure SAP QM modules to align with business needs and industry standards.
• Manage system testing, validation, and creation of detailed test scripts.
• Direct resource allocation, capacity planning, and project timelines.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to business users.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP QM implementation and business process design.
• Expertise in SAP S/4 solutions and module configuration.
• Proven ability to manage project status, metrics, risks, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Experience in technical design, blueprinting, data analysis, and business modeling.
• Strong background in leading transformational projects or ERP implementations.
• Ability to manage small teams and coordinate cross-functional workflows.
• Capability to develop detailed systems documentation and technical presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating quality management processes with production, procurement, and logistics.
