Description

You will lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of business processes enabled by SAP S/4 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP QM to meet business priorities.
• Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure goal completion.
• Oversee system testing and validation to ensure configurations meet quality standards before go-live.
• Provide expert guidance to business users on SAP QM functionalities and troubleshooting.
• Report project status, metrics, issues, and risks to management.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP QM integration with MM, PP, and SD modules.
• Expertise in Demand to Supply processes, including Discrete and Process Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP QM, PLM, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with MES integration and SAP Batch Release cockpit.
• Proficiency in Production Planning, Execution, and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Ability to create detailed system documentation, test scripts, and technical designs.
• Experience managing small teams through ERP implementations or transformation projects.

Preferred Skills

• Corporate science experience with Seeds, Fertilizers, or Grower management.
• Knowledge of LIMs integration.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
