Description

Lead quality assurance for SAP S/4HANA migrations and system integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review test cases using deep technical knowledge of S/4HANA.
• Direct third-party QA teams and mentor internal staff to improve technical capabilities.
• Manage integration testing between SAP S/4 and downstream systems, including data warehouses and e-commerce applications.
• Evaluate and improve existing QA practices and testing processes.
• Interface with business teams to coordinate testing programs and align with Agile delivery values.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Lead Quality Assurance role.
• 7+ years of experience executing testing within SAP environments.
• Extensive experience migrating legacy applications to the SAP S/4HANA platform.
• Proven track record with S/4 data integrations and data warehouse integrations.
• Experience testing Salesforce business object reporting and SuccessFactors e-commerce applications.
• Experience managing multiple integration systems and reviewing complex test cases.
• Ability to lead business teams through structured testing programs.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Agile certification.
