Description

Lead the testing program and validate testing plans for a large-scale ERP transformation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the testing strategy and approach to integrate with the overarching program plan.
• Identify dependencies and risks tied to the testing plan and escalate them to the PMO.
• Manage testing logistics both onsite and via remote applications.
• Coordinate with team members to prepare performance test environments and necessary development materials.
• Facilitate large workshops and testing sessions to resolve critical issues and minimize project risk.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a testing coordinator within Upstream, Midstream, or Downstream Oil & Gas.
• Proven experience managing large-scale testing strategies and implementations.
• Expertise in Jira for tracking status and milestones.
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
• Working knowledge of SQL, specifically for Teradata to Snowflake migrations.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations.
