Description

Configure and deploy SAP Quality Management solutions to enhance business quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and test the SAP QM module to meet specific business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to collect, interpret, and document customer requirements.
• Map client business processes and objectives to develop necessary product modifications.
• Coordinate with business users and Quality Management leads to ensure cross-module integration.
• Provide system solutions or workarounds for identified gaps in complex requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Quality Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP QM configuration and deployment.
• Functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and production support.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing QM solutions within the SCM functional area.
• Ability to write technical documentation for QM processes.
• Experience with Quality Management and Defect management tools.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex business process problems.
