Description

Design and implement applications using the SAP RAP model on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Own the development of ABAP-based services, OData services, and transactional applications in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ABAP-based services and applications in a cloud environment using RAP to enable OData services and transactional applications.
• Build complex ABAP on HANA CDS views for data modeling and optimized data access.
• Construct scalable, cloud-ready applications within SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and the ABAP Environment.
• Integrate and test RAP applications alongside cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment.
• Apply ABAP on Cloud best practices focusing on performance optimization, security, and extensibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ABAP development.
• Expertise in SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming).
• Hands-on experience with ABAP on Cloud.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA.
• Strong knowledge of Core Data Services (CDS) views.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
