Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshop sessions as a design authority to define and sign off requirements.
• Translate complex business objectives into functional design blueprints.
• Own the configuration and testing of RE-FX lease-out contract management, billing, and master data.
• Configure workflow settings for SAP Real Estate contracts and rental objects.
• Collaborate with data migration leads and functional architects to ensure solution integrity and oversee project delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP implementation consultant.
• Proven track record in 2+ large, full lifecycle SAP implementation programs.
• Expertise in SAP RE-FX configuration, including Business Partner settings and enhancements.
• Experience implementing SAP RE-FX IFRS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with RE-FX integration with non-SAP systems and document management systems/Content Servers.
• Strong domain knowledge in real estate processes.
• Ability to drive solution design and manage complex technical and business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience working within Agile project methodologies.
