Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP RE-FX and FICO modules within S/4HANA or ECC environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full RE-FX implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering and blueprinting to testing, Go-Live, and rollout.
• Configure RE-FX objects including Business Partners, Real Estate Contracts, Rental Accounting, and Space Management.
• Design and implement end-to-end business processes for commercial and residential leases, including accruals and deferrals.
• Execute RICEFW tasks covering reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Analyze "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes to design complex business solutions and system configurations.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of SAP FICO experience with integration across MM, SD, FSCM, and RE-FX.
• Proven track record of completing at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, New GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
• Deep knowledge of RE-FX configuration within S/4HANA or ECC systems.
• Strong integration experience with third-party applications such as Salesforce, Gartner, and Banking systems.
• Technical proficiency in SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and IFRS-16/IFRS 9 standards.
• Experience managing integration issues between SAP and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently on implementations, support, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Middle East, Government, Public Sector, or Utility industries.
• SAP Certification.
• Working experience in FSCM Dispute and Credit management.
