Description

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP RE-FX and FICO modules in S/4HANA or ECC environments.

Manage the full RE-FX lifecycle from requirements to rollout. Configure Business Partners, Real Estate Contracts, Rental Accounting, and Space Management. Design processes for commercial and residential leases, including accruals and deferrals. Execute RICEFW tasks for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Analyze As-Is and To-Be processes to design complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full RE-FX implementation lifecycle from blueprinting to Go-Live.
• Configure RE-FX objects including contracts, rental accounting, and space management.
• Design end-to-end business processes for lease accruals and deferrals.
• Execute RICEFW tasks covering reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Analyze As-Is and To-Be processes to design system configurations.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of SAP FICO experience with MM, SD, FSCM, and RE-FX integration.
• Proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, New GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
• Deep knowledge of RE-FX configuration within S/4HANA or ECC.
• Integration experience with Salesforce, Gartner, and Banking systems.
• Proficiency in SAP FSCM and IFRS-16/IFRS 9 standards.
• Experience managing SAP and CRM integration issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Middle East, Government, Public Sector, or Utility industries.
• SAP Certification.
