Description

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles within System Integrator clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle for SAP positions.
• Source and screen candidates against specific SAP skill requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets for SI client needs.
• Handle hands-on recruitment activities for specialized SAP roles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in SAP Recruitment.
• Deep understanding of SAP skill sets including S/4HANA, ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, and BASIS.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring for System Integrator (SI) clients.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
