Description

You will manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for SAP core and global applications during major upgrades and tool implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the release calendar, annual plan, and delivery of medium and major releases.
• Drive continuous improvement of release management processes for smooth IT change deployment.
• Manage release and freeze planning aligned with major organizational releases.
• Control landscapes and environments through rigorous change management.
• Lead processes and drive optimization without deferring to others.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP landscapes (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Proven experience as a Release Manager for SAP environments.
• Direct experience managing SAP upgrade projects.
• Strong change management expertise for complex environments.
• Ability to work within EST or CST time zones.
• Demonstrated leadership capability.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Active Control by Basis Technologies.
• Prior experience specifically within S/4HANA environments.
