Description

You will manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for SAP landscapes, overseeing upgrades and tool implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end release calendar and annual release plan for core and global applications.
• Drive the delivery of medium and major releases.
• Manage the implementation of Active Control.
• Lead the optimization of release management processes to ensure smooth deployment of IT changes.
• Coordinate major releases and manage overall release and freeze planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Release Management.
• Proven experience managing SAP landscapes with ECC or S/4HANA.
• Direct experience managing SAP upgrades.
• Strong change management expertise with the ability to control landscapes and environments.
• Experience implementing Active Control by Basis Tech.
• Ability to work within EST or CST time zones to align with European peers.
• Strong leadership capabilities to drive processes without deferring to others.
