Description

You will manage incident resolution and deliver analytics solutions for SAP environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, analysis, and resolution of incidents within the assignment group.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to BOBJ (Webi, AFO) and SAC, identifying root causes.
• Handle and prioritize incoming business requests for reporting and analytics.
• Deliver enhancements and optimizations to existing analytics solutions.
• Communicate directly with end users and stakeholders to clarify issues and requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 (Webi, Analysis for Office).
• Proficiency with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience working primarily with eHANA views (95%) and BEx Queries (5%).
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow for Incident Management.
• Working knowledge of SAP ChaRM for Change Request Management.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business-friendly terms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a support environment.
