You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Record to Report (RTR) processes within SAP HANA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of RTR processes, ensuring alignment between finance business requirements and SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP HANA modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Optimize system performance to support efficient financial closing, reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP SD, MM, and FI-CO to ensure seamless module integration.
• Manage and resolve RTR-related system issues while providing end-user training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP RTR processes.
• 5+ years of direct experience working with SAP HANA.
• Proven track record of SAP HANA implementations in large, complex environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP HANA, FI-CO modules, and RTR configurations.
• Strong knowledge of OpenText, Project Systems, and Tax.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA database and analytics for financial reporting and insights.
• Ability to integrate SAP solutions with BI platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations.
