Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Record to Report (RTR) processes within SAP HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of RTR processes, ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP HANA modules for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Optimize system performance for financial closing, reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP SD, MM, and FI-CO, to ensure seamless module integration.
• Manage and resolve RTR-related system issues and provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external audits.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP RTR processes.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically on SAP HANA.
• Expertise in SAP HANA, FI-CO, and RTR configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Project Systems and Open Text.
• Proven track record of SAP HANA implementations in large, complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting tools and integration with BI platforms.
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations.
