Description

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Record to Report processes within SAP HANA.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure RTR processes, aligning business requirements with SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP HANA modules for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Optimize system performance for financial closing, reporting, and compliance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with SAP SD, MM, and FI-CO to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage RTR-related system issues, provide end-user training, and support post-implementation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP RTR processes.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically on SAP HANA.
• Expertise in SAP HANA, FI-CO, and RTR configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Project Systems and Open Text.
• Proven track record of SAP HANA implementations in large, complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting tools and BI platform integration.
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations.
