Description

You will provide expert guidance for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP S/4HANA Service Module.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP S/4HANA Service Module to align with business requirements.
  • Optimize service management workflows by identifying process improvements and recommending technical solutions.
  • Manage integration between the Service Module and other SAP functional modules and existing systems.
  • Develop technical documentation and user guides while conducting training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Resolve complex system issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting support.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Service Module implementation and configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of service management processes and SAP integration.
  • Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, and SAP ERP.
  • Experience in cross-functional team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex system challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP certification in the S/4HANA Service Module.
