You will provide expert guidance for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP S/4HANA Service Module.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP S/4HANA Service Module to align with business requirements.
- Optimize service management workflows by identifying process improvements and recommending technical solutions.
- Manage integration between the Service Module and other SAP functional modules and existing systems.
- Develop technical documentation and user guides while conducting training sessions for stakeholders.
- Resolve complex system issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting support.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Service Module implementation and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of service management processes and SAP integration.
- Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, and SAP ERP.
- Experience in cross-functional team leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex system challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- SAP certification in the S/4HANA Service Module.
