Description

You will lead data migration execution for P2P and R2R workstreams within an SAP S/4 HANA implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive data migration methodology for specific workstreams following the Global playbook.
• Coordinate with object owners and IT experts to organize profiling, mapping, and validation activities.
• Execute data migration strategies and sequences using ETL tools.
• Manage data migration planning and execution through the full project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with SAP and large-scale project implementations.
• 4+ full life cycle SAP data migration project implementations.
• 3 years of experience as a Data Migration Consultant supporting process delivery.
• Expertise in Material, Customer, Vendor Master, and Transactional Data conversions.
• Deep understanding of ETL methodologies, including profiling, cleansing, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Syniti.
• Expert-level MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Proficiency in Power BI reporting and navigation.
• Experience with ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Agile project management and leadership experience.
• Business process acumen in retail, supply chain, manufacturing, or D2C models.
