Description

You will drive SAP S4 Financials implementations and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test core FICO areas: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, CO-PA, Banking, and Interfaces.
• Lead solution design, development, configuration, data migration, and testing phases in collaboration with the onsite Lead.
• Research and document current business processes, providing process improvement recommendations to the business.
• Coordinate with technical teams to define customer solutions and manage global rollout activities.
• Interface directly with customer Leadership (Director and VP) while managing teams of 15+ members.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP Finance Experience, preferably S4 HANA Finance or S4 HANA Cloud.
• Proven experience with at least one S4 HANA Finance implementation and data migration.
• Strong configuration and testing knowledge across core FICO modules.
• Experience designing custom solutions and interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., Concur, Workday, Safeguard).
• Team leadership experience managing 15 or more team members.
• Proficiency with SNOW, CHARM, and HP ALM.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and client-facing communication.
