Description

Lead SAP S/4HANA Material Management configuration and functional design for greenfield implementations or rollouts. Own the end-to-end solution design, integration processes, and accounting document flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration for MM/Procurement and all associated sub-modules.
• Design integration processes and define end-to-end accounting document flows.
• Write functional specifications for complex customizations and conduct impact assessments.
• Coach junior team members and manage deliverables within project timelines.
• Facilitate Fit-To-Standard design workshops and collaborate with multi-vendor stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Material Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Team Lead experience in a distributed environment.
• Functional proficiency in greenfield implementations, rollouts, conversions, or upgrades.
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes, scheduling agreements, contracts, and release strategies.
• Experience with batch management, inventory management, split valuation, and service procurement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Working knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems.
