SAP S4 HANA Project Manager

You will manage the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and direct execution of SAP S/4HANA enhancement initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Own and maintain standard project management deliverables, including RAID logs, project plans, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Track progress against baseline schedule and budget, proactively managing scope changes, risks, and issues.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA initiatives across EWM, MM, and QM modules, ensuring requirements are defined and delivered.
• Account for Computer System Validation (CSV) activities within a GMP/GxP-regulated environment and manage validation documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager delivering enterprise-scale projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing SAP S/4HANA enhancement or rollout initiatives.
• Solid understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage medium-complexity projects across multiple global time zones.
• Proficiency with project tools including Smartsheets, Airtable, and Jira.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of Waterfall methodology, with exposure to SAFe.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
