Description

Lead end-to-end testing strategies and quality processes for SAP S/4 HANA environments, owning test planning, functional scripts, and data migration validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies, functional test scripts, and end-to-end test scripts.
• Coordinate testing efforts, requirements validation, and test data setup with cross-functional and development teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in SAP testing practices by applying business and functional knowledge.
• Automate test scripts and optimize testing processes using established methodologies.
• Lead and influence team members through organized testing coordination and oversight.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SDLC experience.
• 8+ years of experience in ERP and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Working knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) or Record to Report (RTR) business processes.
• Experience with data migration, test planning, and functional test scripts.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of STP-D, STP-I, BW, and HCM modules.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer-facing roles for client management.
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore model.
