Description

You will design, document, and deliver end-to-end SAP process and systems solutions with a focus on Plant Maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy integrated solutions by partnering with IT delivery teams and business experts.
  • Lead design workshops to apply industry best practices and global SAP implementation experience.
  • Document fit/gap analyses and design decisions, ensuring business justification for deviations from standard functionality.
  • Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
  • Interface with third-party vendors for technical consulting during solution design, development, and support.

Required Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing-related SAP modules.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Minimum of two full-lifecycle SAP deployments.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP solutions for Plant Management and Maintenance processes.
  • Integration experience with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a relevant discipline.

  • Ability to communicate technology solutions to address complex business needs.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or shifts to meet deadlines.
