Description

Lead data migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA for the Record to Report (R2R) workstream.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute migration strategy and plan using the Global Data Migration Playbook.
• Design migration scripts, programs, and tools to extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA.
• Define data mapping rules and perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and the Global Data Team to gather requirements and establish governance processes.
• Monitor migration progress through KPI reporting and coordinate with the Cutover Lead to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading data migration projects, specifically within SAP environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures, data objects, and migration methodologies.
• Hands-on experience extracting data from SAP ECC and S/4HANA using SQVI, SQL query, and SE15H.
• Deep understanding of Record to Report (R2R) data objects and their migration lifecycle impacts.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC/S4HANA, Power BI, and ETL methodologies.
• Strong cross-modular integration knowledge involving O2C and F2S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Clark, NJ, at least 3 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as an SAP FICO consultant.
• Master’s degree in a technical field.
