Description

You will own the security administration and architecture for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, Group Reporting, SAC, and associated GRC modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP user roles, security architecture, and change management processes across Development, Quality, and Production environments.
• Configure and maintain GRC EAM and ARA modules, including rule sets, risk/control mapping, and workflow assignments.
• Partner with technical and functional teams to define Segregation of Duties (SOD), map standard roles to job functions, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Develop and implement SAP security policies, custom transactions, authorization objects, and training content to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate security testing, user provisioning/de-provisioning, password management, and support SOX and external audit activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years overall IT experience with 3-5+ years of dedicated security experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP GRC.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA security concepts, user administration, and troubleshooting access issues.
• Experience with Fiori security, Group Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) administration.
• Ability to perform GRC/SOD control maintenance, remediation, and risk analysis.
• Skilled in designing security solutions using custom transactions, authorization objects, and programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience supporting internal and external audit teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with functional teams.
