Description

You will develop and deliver training content for SAP S/4HANA implementations to ensure smooth user adoption during go-live phases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials using SAP Enable Now for functional and industry-specific modules.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide on-site assistance during go-live activities.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective learning resources.
• Manage training projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update content based on user feedback and system changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in training content development for SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency with SAP Enable Now for creating interactive training materials.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Experience with IS (Industry Solution) functional requirements and business applications.
• Proven track record supporting go-live phases and user adoption.
• Project management experience in training delivery contexts.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
