Description

You will lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Service Cloud and S/4HANA IS-U solutions for the utilities industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to develop tailored SAP Service Cloud solutions for utilities.
• Configure and test SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA IS-U integrations to meet requirements.
• Guide functional teams on business process documentation, functional specifications, and system configuration.
• Manage project lifecycles, including pre- and post-go-live activities and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, including developers and offshore resources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation roles.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA IS-U for system integration.
• Proven experience with at least one greenfield end-to-end SAP CRM 7.X Utilities Call Center implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP IS-U data model and MIMO processes.
• Expertise in data replication between SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA IS-U.
• Deep understanding of the SAP Service Cloud extensibility framework.
• Knowledge of utility industry customer service processes, including account identification and customer interaction.
• Proficiency in SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities specific modules.
• Background in managing offshore development teams.
