Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure SAP Service Management Services.
Gather requirements and design service processes (service orders, contracts, warranties, billing)
Support end-to-end implementation
Integrate with SD, MM, PM, FI/CO
Support CRM to S/4HANA Service Management migration
Conduct UAT, user training, and post-go-live support
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in SAP Service Management.
Strong implementation experience
Knowledge of service operations and after-sales processes
Excellent communication and documentation skills
