Description

You will lead end-to-end testing for large-scale SAP S/4 HANA migration, implementation, and upgrade programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define testing scope, objectives, and approaches in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
• Create key testing documentation including test strategies, test plans, and schedules.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, ensuring adherence to methodologies and standards.
• Provide daily status reports, manage escalations, and deliver program insights during leadership meetings.
• Coordinate testing activities through onsite-offshore interactions and stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience in SAP testing environments.
• Deep understanding of S/4 HANA landscapes and SAP ECC – FICO.
• Hands-on experience testing SAP Finance processes: AP, AR, Corporate Accounting, Financial closure, Regulatory, and Tax accounting.
• Proficiency in Micro Focus ALM (MF ALM) and demonstrating ALM workflows.
• Proven track record in Test Management roles for large SAP S/4 HANA migration programs.
• Strong knowledge of testing processes and the full testing life cycle.
• Experience in rollout, upgrade, and implementation project testing.
